I needed to log in my MySpace page to send a message to a friend. On my page there is a counter that counts up. It counts how many days since my last cigarette. I happened notice what the count is at. I didn't realize that I made it to 40 days!!! Its probably not that big of a deal to most people but it is for me... This is me, patting myself on the back!

That's excellent dude.. I know for me, even after I quit - I had some bad days where I still craved it...

Thanks Man! I'm pretty confident that I won't go go back. Still a rough spot here and there but so far I've had the motivation to not give in!
